Mr. Eiseles’ entrée into the senior housing industry began in the 90’s when he purchased an aged 90 unit hotel in Florida that he converted to senior housing with both an independent living and assisted living component. Subsequently, he successfully converted two more hotels to senior housing communities before joining forces with the first publicly traded assisted living company in the country, Standish Care out of Boston,
MA. These ventures required him to learn every aspect of the business through his personal participation in marketing, renovations, resident care, dietary and operations.
 

Prior to starting his current firm in 2008, he developed his operational expertise while in the highest of senior management roles with two national companies, Sunrise, and Summerville Healthcare, serving on the executive committee. There he led the new facility opening teams, participated in raising over $200 million dollars in debt and equity while working as a liaison between the Development and Operational divisions and leading the
marketing and operational aspects of the business. He was called upon to support special projects for the CEO Paul Klaussen during his tenure and developed an industry reputation for his ability to stabilize and advance challenged facilities.
